Happy chinese new year to all.
A new year begins with a new place to stay. Yes, I'm moving. Again. This time it's for a long term. Thank god. Finally. But I'm sure I'd be relieved this time. With the petrol prices on the up, I can't take no more risk. In fact it's not even called a risk. Petrol prices won't come down in the long run. A place nearer to my work place is much better. Leave the car at home.... :)
This means easier access to anywhere in town. Groceries? No problem. Drinks? No problem. Church? No problem! everything's within walking distance. If you're into running to lose weight. Victoria Park's just 1 minute away!
CNY. What do u do at home? I was just browsing through sky guide. Nothing special. Another boring Chelsea match. But i'd give 10 bucks if Everton beats Chelsea tonight. I don't need no angpow. just a way different headline news on ESPN soccernet when i wake up in the morning. I don't want anymore "Blues cruise" or whatever not-that-again title. It's just no more fun reading those news.
Look at them. 100m quid loss in 2005. sure they can afford it. but that's way too much. you're basically buying title by title. no fun watching soccer anymore. they just basically destroys the beautiful game. Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool are still the good ones if Roman has not existed. Think: who would be challenging at the top spot now if the blues aren't there with the pile of cash? Kop and Devils. Simple. and they're playing with passion..
At least u know that Chelsea's the most hated team. One thing United will be happy about, at least for now.
More updates to come. I hope for an exciting but not tiring one in the next 48hrs.....

it's a week after my birthday. Nothing special to mention about. But it was a good one: had a birthday gift and a cake from May, and a dinner at Sky City paid for by my sister. Thanks ppl. And also a thank you note to those who remember my day. You have no idea how much those txt's mean to me.
And yeah, finally I found someone who has the same birthday as mine. Cool. Made my day in one of those boring days at work. At least something to smile about.
Chinese New Year's around the corner. Went to Auckland Showgrounds. It felt so much like a little Malaysia. Minus the humidity. I swear I won't be there for food again. Bloody money suckers. 20 damn bucks for nothing. I still feel hungry. or sick rather, as the food is more oily than kfc's.
In case I don't blog again. Happy Chinese New Year to everyone out there. Visiting this place.
.....
Yeah, Manchester United's a bit out of form lately, especially in the derby game, even though they crushed Burton by five goals... But did i mention the last time they were beaten by City the course of the game ahead completely changed? Stay tuned for Monday morning... some sacrifice is necessary. ... :) prepare your hankies Scousers.

Not much updates since the last post but back to work on the first day wasn't easy. It's not that I'm not enthusiastic about work but i'm not doing work that i'm dying to do. When will it be my turn? Probably this is the frustration of all graduates...
Been busy searching for the right apartment to move into once my current tenancy ends next month. Have always preferred to live in the heart of the city. Driving is really tiring both physically and mentally. You have no idea how this stupid petrol price can kill the average working class. The last I noticed it's gone back up to 141.9cents/litre. When will it stop rising? I don't mind if our pay rises as well but I don't see it happening that often.
Have been visiting some links off my friends' sites and found out that there are more bloggers out there than I could imagine. And it's always fun reading people's blogs and get to know how they are getting on with their lives. But one thing always cross my mind: How the hell do people have time to blog that often? Just by looking at their single post could take ten long minutes. In addition to that, the layouts, design take so much effort and dedication that I won't be surprised that these buddies have got their asses glued to the chair 24/7!
Look, my blog above has taken me 10 minutes. How long would it take them? and do note that my blog layout's just taken off a template!
Will spend an hour to list out links to my friends out there.
Good night.
ps: Manchester United's still in.... keep watching. :)

My last weekend before my work restarts on Monday. It's a Saturday night with not much to do apart from sitting back and enjoy some old weekly dvds rented from VideoEzy. Just finished two good ones out of five: Good Fellas and Green Mile. I'm a Sopranos fan myself and seeing good fellas is like bringing back the tv series, from the gangster scenes to the casts that appeared in the movie. There were so many familiar faces in the movie that you'd say 'hey this guy's from that show' at times. If you don't remember, here's a few significant ones: Dr Melfi as Ray Liotta's wife, Christopher Moltisanti as a bartender. Paulie Walnuts appeared briefly as well...
Green Mile was another good one. I'd recommend this to anyone who has 3 hours to spare. Mabel's watched it 3 or 4 times already and she is still not bored! :)
it's a special day today actually: Happy Birthday to my Grandma in Malacca.

not a classic match at highbury. 13 points behind. fergie admits it. not a good one. but i still see some light at the end of the tunnel. maybe, just maybe........
6 hrs after my sleep. Awake. 7am. what am i doing now? it's christmas holiday. Annual holiday (forced? 'compulsory' is a less controversial term). I should be relaxing now instead of waking up at 7am. why? trying slowly to get back to working day habits by waking up earlier and earlier. normally i'd get up at half six to beat the morning peak traffic to work.
(at least the driving force today is united up against gunners. live. at 9am)
am i paranoid? '5 more days to go before i resume work...' i say to myself. do the math.
Here i am. Sitting in front of my old (current) pc. I'm back. Not really that keen to blog but, who knows, I might talk about something, though it might sound meaningless.... but that's what most bloggers do I mean generally most people would create blogs simply because they wanna be a part of the blogging community. Am i part of that?
No. I'm not. I started since 2002. It's 4 years. I didn't know what blogging was, probably it wasn't even a term people used. I was just into website designs.
If you bother to read my past blogs, now i'm back to square one: going to the simplest state where no design is necessary. Plain blogging.
I can't be bothered spending hours to design my own site. at the time of writing, my site www.justlook4.com is stagnant. (www.kevinteh.net is auto redirected to justlook4.com if you are wondering)
I have reached the point where money for survival is more crucial than anything else. I think having my own site is more of a luxury than a necessity now. Probably it's about time to cut more costs and go back to basics. Free blogs.
Probably I'm seen as packing my bags and joining you all out there. Bloggers.
Good bye to my old site.
