If you're wondering where i have been for the past two weeks, i can tell you that life has not been this busy before. now i can really taste what life is. don't get me wrong, i ain't saying that that life is very good, indeed it can be meaningful in a broader sense. just taken my first paper more than a week ago, all i could say is it wasn't that good at all. however, there has been some consolation to this 'disaster', i found a new life. yeah, i got my first job here in new zealand, finally. it's not my first job but it feels like i'm doing a real job with real people within this small society. small it may seem, but can be described as a real opportunity for me to get in touch with people here. never in my life that i had to go through this test --- tolerance. when you are serving people, it gives you an opportunity to listen to people's needs, even though it may seem a small request, you always try to please them. when you're working as a team, you learn to communicate, you learn to integrate with other parts of the team, in order to produce the final product, you learn to present the final product with confidence, with a smile, and most importantly, with total satisfaction of your customer. i guess every company has its own policy, but they are all working towards the same objective --- profit. once i ask my employer, if someone tells you that he is not satisfied with his order and he'd like to change it, can you do so? he told me, yes. according to surveys, more than 80% of the complaints are genuine, we don't really know by ourselves how to differentiate the genuine from the fake, however what we could do is keep the 80% of the customers happy. that's why we change it. :)
