Finally i've got this software run on my pc. it's a google earth. if you fancy some adventure around the globe without spending too much money, go for google earth. i feel currently it's still at it's infant stage, nothing impressive yet. however, stay tuned. maybe it will be the thing you can play around if you run out of websites to visit. and yes, you have to go online to see this and beware: it eats up a lot of megabytes! control yourself if you're on adsl capped plan, which is what i'm using now... such a pain in the arse....
Here's the site: http://earth.google.com
Warning: don't use too much, rest for a while cos you might puke if you use it for too long... reminds me of Grand Theft Auto...

currently there's still this news about essien.. in chinese it's called 'sien' (boring!) hmm... get some more interesting news will you soccernet!

If you're a regular soccernet visitor like i am, you'll find this news regarding the possible transfer of chelsea target essien from lyon freakin boring. it's been there for ages. i admit that rio being booed during his tour of asia can be a thousand years old news, however there can never be a more boring transfer than this. let's face the fact, who is this essien anyway if he's compared to becks. skillwise: i have no idea but gossip: hey would you be interested in essien's move to chelsea because of his private life? heck no! man, get over it. either get him signed or clear this article out of the front page.... this has got to be soccernet's most boring transfer in the last ten years. ....

Oh yeah, same old story for english soccer: top three get wins ..... nothing new. Liverpool drew... nothing new too. and I hope for sky digital on my tv.... dammit. why can't they at least screen replays on sky sports 1?

I always think that it would be interesting if Religion can be explained using Science. Here's a forwarded one by an old friend of mine (W.S.Koo) who's now a successful engineer in Malaysia:
The following is an actual question given on a University of Washington Chemistry mid term. The answer by one student was “so profound” that the professor shared it with colleagues, via the Internet, which is, of course, why we now have the pleasure of enjoying it as well.Bonus Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat)? Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle’s Law, (gas cools off when it expands and heats when it is compressed). One student wrote the following answer:First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate that souls are moving into Hell and the rate they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving. As for how many souls are entering Hell, let’s look at the different religions that exist in the world today. Some of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there are more than one of these religions and since people do not belong to more thanone religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially. Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle’s Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added. This gives two possibilities:1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, and then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose.2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over. So which is it?If we accept the postulate given to me by Teresa during my Freshman year that, “It will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you,” and take into account the fact that I still have not succeeded in having sexual relations with her, then #2 cannot be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and will not freeze. The student received the only “A” given.

Got a reply from Jackson, where he said that I have misinterpreted, well here's what he said (to clarify ), "I said she's of
Malaysian descent - mixed with many many other types of races and cultures. She's very much a Kiwi, born and bred here - not
Malaysian! Please change that if possible - I don't want people to say I misquoted her to be something she's not. Thanks ; )"
Sorry Jackson.
It's weekend again, something I've been looking forward to throughout this week. I hope to get a pretty good rest this
weekend, after 5 straight days of work being crammed into my brain.... Maybe watching the first game live would be a treat
for me, since watching live soccer can be a luxury now since I can't afford Sky Digital myself... Anyone knows where to watch
soccer in the land of kiwis where rugby is the essential element of life (and not soccer)?
Also, I'd like to thank May for the gifts. Thank you so much, though you shouldn't have to buy it... (=

Met up with Amelia and Jackson. Seen her jumping off the harbor bridge unexpectedly (hackett staff released her at the count of 3 instead of 1!) If it was me I'd scream too even though I've experienced once myself at Queenstown.
Spent the whole evening on Saturday preparing food for the next two weeks, since home cooked food can never be as bad as ones you buy from take aways, in addition to saving money. Living in Auckland can be expensive but once you get to know how to save money from different little aspects of life you'll be ok. All you need is some independence to start with.
Do everything on your own.
ps: the picture shown is my friend Jackson and ... Miss Popularity? I have no idea who she is but Jackson says she IS a Malaysian. Anywayz, took a photo of her when we went to North Shore on Saturday.haha, Jackson you owe me one! :Þ

I hate free text weekends. Don't you think it's already annoying getting those spams regarding viagra, cialis, zero mortgage, get rich quick schemes on an everyday basis? I'm already sick of deleting, even seeing them in my Bulk Mail folder makes me feel so helpless. Come on, agree with me on this. The people who send these stuff already know that most of us don't click on them but they still send! As if brainwashing is the next step in their evil marketing project! 'look, if you don't want to buy my viagra, fine, i'll make you at least read the title of my SPAM! haha, yeah that's right. there you are, pleading helplessly to me but no I ain't gonna stop!' now you see it, now you see it again! .....
Do you know how pointless this is to us email users who are using email in a productive way, instead of spending time to delete mails which are irrelevant to our interests? my gawd. Why are there spammers? Free email is to be blamed. Let's think: how do you actually achieve maximum exposure without even splashing some cash? Email!
Now: the existence of free txt weekends will see more and more abuse of free resources. and for us recipients, it's more and more unnecessary time wasted on reading and deleting them! come on people, use ur brain. email spam's already enough why intrude our lives even more using cellphone txts??
plus: have you seen the vodafone tv ads? wtf?!! to whom are you marketing it to? i understand the nudity symbolises 'free' but old fat and nude people floating in the air playing ball?....
