Ilam Ban Rejected. why? because "there's no sense in putting in a bylaw that couldn't be policed - " and followed by "that's just silly".... silly?? i don't think so. I'm a resident of Ilam area myself and i pass by Ilam road every day, and during weekends, it's a total mess! I could see people walking aimlessly, singing, while holding bottles of beers and yelling at drivers who pass by. and the serious thing is: a cone was found at hanging between the lamp poles at the junction between Hamilton Ave and Ilam Rd!! this is insane. When you're a uni student, you're expected to be more responsible than other people. but look at yourselves! such a shame... if you wanna drink, drink responsibly, if you can't, do it at home. it would be cheaper in the long run.... Vodka + Kahlua + Baileys = B52 ........ more varieties buddies.... now, when you're drunk ask yourself, (as quoted by Jane C of ucsa...) "why did the student study in the aeroplane?"......... "to get a higher education" (??!!) Yeah right...

"The gold medal will go to the Pakistani or to me."
I didn't know which runner said what, but as I learned later, they were all right. Furthermore, knowing which country won the race allowed me to calculate the final standings, which were... ?*
