I could actually consider this site almost idle, I even thought of closing it down. Since life is so busy, I have no time to actually update this blog or layout or anything. What do you think? I remembered it took me almost three months in summer 2002 (summer, as in UK’s summer, when I spent my whole winter here in New Zealand) to set the whole site up. It was a hobby at first, collecting all the information regarding website building, learning all codes of html, copying java codes and stuff. Yeah, three months it took me to launch the site. Initially it was an exchange of links with other site owners, learning some fancy tricks from them, and when I returned to UK for my final year, it gave me even more time and bandwidth (speed) to try online broadcasting! It was pretty fancy initially, but since I was using high speed networking on campus (I stayed in campus flats), I didn’t really take consideration of the people who visit my site from off campus as well as friends and families back home, so eventually I realized that it was a plain fuss to visit my site after I visited my own site from a friends place (off campus). So I was back to square one since then, stick to the content, eliminate all the unnecessary graphics, videos, to speed up loading of the page. Now, look at my site: As simple as a white piece of paper a? Stick with my site layout (which means no layout at all as a matter of fact), because you’ll be seeing the same old shit as long as it’s paid for. UNLESS, you might, if you can, want to try designing a new one for me. That could be a great gift for me though.
